Sorry I haven't added any new posts in a while, I'm a bit more remote at the moment... Nowhere to download pics! I'm in Cooktown hiding from the unending rain after fleeing days of rain in Cape Tribulation. I guess that's the tropics for you. I'm not sure I could handle this place in "the wet" as it has been raining nonstop in "the dry". Everything is damp- I'll be molding soon! But it's beautiful and I've met some really great people. This is a frontier town, from here on out you need a 4x4 and a winch- perhaps on my next trip! It feels like you are standing on the edge of a great wilderness and adventure!
